Well, the lesbians might not be changed, but what if the school said "sure we'd love to have your girl and then proceed to show that 4 year old many loving, caring godly families that are man and wife fit the plan that God set out for us...perhaps they need to override the gay agenda and try to imagine God's agenda for that 4 year old. The problem doesn't go away and I certainly don't advocate acceptance here, but that little 4 year old certainly will never understand a NORMAL relationship unless she is OUTSIDE of their sphere of friends!

In principle, I don't have any problem with that. But the school may have feared other liability issues. Better perhaps to be sued for discrimination than over specific items of the curriculum one at a time.
