He was 100% right then and it was proven today. The Court should have simply ruled that the Florida Supreme Court had overstepped its jurisdiction in challenging the properly certified election in that case.

What was the alternative? Let Al Gore steal an election?

IMHO there is no good way for those who believe in the law to win a true victory because the Courts are being packed with liberals and the more that they control US, the more we will live with these rulings. Bork has just written a book about this, but will anyone read it? No! Too busy with life, etc. etc.

So ok, we will live with decisions like this until we decide to take things seriously. A start would be to demand votes on the Bush judicial appointees.. Oh I forgot, we are too busy aren't we.
