The U.S. Supreme Court has repeatedly slapped the 9th Circuit Court down, and is likely to do so again.

You think so? I'm not even sure they can cobble together the votes to hear the case after the 2000 fiasco.

They turned down the appeal in the NJ election, citing states rights. If they turn this down, isn't it in essence, saying the 9th circuit has no right to stop a State election? They are Federal Courts. In NJ the appeal went from the State Supreme Court right to SCOTUS.
