Re the foreign policy aspect:FNC said the ruling from the 9th Circuit said something along the lines of "when other countries around the world are trying to have free and open elections, it would tip the scales to have the recall go forward."

Huh?! This new trend of our federal courts to base their rulings at least in part on international opinion is deeply worrisome. The Left has us fighting so many issues on so many fronts lately that I fear this trend is not getting the notice — and push-back — it deserves.

Now THAT is insulting. If I read the ultra-liberal Nine Circus Clowns right, their logic for nullifying an election is based on the premise this election won't be open and fair?? That's a novel claim in American jurisprudence - a radical claim in fact unprecedented in American history. I hope Sandra Day O'Connor hears how these people in the Nine Circus think - that they believe bottom line, SOME Americans are too stupid to vote so every one else has to be deprived of THEIR right to vote and so that's why this election has to be halted. Oy vey!
