anyone know the procedure for recalling judges?

These are federal judges. They serve until retirement, death, or impeachment and removal by congress.

Federal judges can't get recalled. :(

No recall, but here is the procedure for complaining:

Section 351 of Title 28 of the United States Code provides a way for any person to complain about a federal judge who the person believes "as engaged in conduct prejudicial to the effective and expeditious administration of the business of the courts[.]" 28 U.S.C. § 351(a) (formerly codified at 28 U.S.C. § 372(c)). The Ninth Circuit local rules provide a mirror mechanism by which an individual can file a complaint about a federal judge. See 9th Cir. R.. Jud. Miscon. 1.
