Pete Williams on MSNBC almost just choked on getting the word "liberal" out when he discribed the three judges who made the ruling.

The stupid "punch cards discriminate against minority" argument. How come they can't vote, but they have no problem completing paperwork for unemployment, food stamps, and welfare?
To: Wphile
This is why, for those who say they won't vote for President Bush again because he does thus and such that they don't like, that it is IMPERATIVE to stay the course.
Judges make or break our system and they are breaking it.

This delay will insure the Davis recall, and the defeat of Bustamante. The Democrats and the 9th Circuit have overplayed their hand.

Apparently it will now be appealed to SCOTUS so this is NOT final by any means....
At least that's what FOX News is saying

This is such a stupid argument. As if any system is perfect at any given time.
Of course, if the equipment is updated, then the criticism will be that the digitial divide is hampering all those poor, helpless minorities who can't use modern equipment.
To: mewzilla
Rush just said it could be appealed I believe.
