But yes, if the Legislature seceded I would have to say that is within their rights to do so.
Wether I would fight, well, that would depend on the exact circumstances.

The exact circumstance would be: If the Texas legislature votes to secede, would YOU shoot policemen and U. S. soldiers who try to prevent it?
