Do you have any idea, on your own,where the modern Doctrine of Preemption originated? Kristol can say whatever he wants about himself, that doesnt make it so.
You can't answer the questions that I keep asking in any way but sending a link because you just don't know. That does make formulating an opinion easier doesnt it?
