Can a current tank fire "air bursts"? An air burst above the enemy troops should lower the capabilities to fight effectively.

That is the beehive round they ask for. Made of fleshetts(sp?)mini arrows, like a small nail with fins, and a HE core with rangeing fuse.
The kill zone is smallish, but the casualty zone is large.
