What can I say? Shoot at some poor guy 41 times, and you'll have some concerts done against you.

I can say that when the cops ask you to freeze it is not a great idea to reach for your pocket. It's a good idea to do as ordered.

No doubt you are not one to ever dial 911 in ANY emergency, since you have such a blatant disregard for the dangerous lives inner city cops face.
