"The fact that Bruce Springsteen would say such a thing, is lioving proof just how far from reality the left is today."I see it as living proof that our Constitution is alive and well, and working.
I detest what Bruce said, but I am willing to give up my life defending his right to say it.

Agreed, I didn't say he didn't have the right to say it, I only remarked on how far out of touch he is from reality

The DC radio stations have been playing music from this jackass all day long. Quite frankly, I cannot stand him and would take Zepplin, Skynyrd or even the largely detestable Fleetwood Mac over him any day.
Sidenote to Bruce Springsteen: It's called a FASTBALL, you idiot. NOBODY in baseball refers to it as a "speedball." In fact I have NEVER heard anybody but you call it a "speedball" except for you and that suggests to me that you possess a laughable ignorance of America's favorite pasttime to a degree that is as un-American as your angry left wing diatribes against the president.

LOL good one there.....and for those of you who do not know what Kazaa is ...well anyway _ *;*

Brucey boy needs some publicity so he is borrowing a page for the Chicks book. He is typical of the Hollywood/entertainment mentality - none, whatsoever.
Although things are not going as swimmingly in the middle east, we were drawn into the fights over there by wholesale murder of our people - not just the Pentagon, towers or Flight 93, but everything that has happened over the last 20 years. They wanted us there, they have us there, and as George M. Cohen said "...and we won't be back till it's over overthere!"

the guy's a limp wrist.
I bet you only liked one or two of his tunes... and were more intested in HARD ROCK, like zeppelin, ten years after, uriah heep or hendrix, or cream..
be honest... did you REALLY buy a Springsteen Album?
A girl probably talked you into it if you did... but I doubt you did anyway...
Me neither.
You see folks who like the sound track to Dune... don't often buy the limp wristed stuff by losers like springstien...

I do like some of his songs, but I bought his greatest hits tape and have only played it once. His stuff is simply not as good as the "experts" say it is. He's had a few good songs (Born To Run, Dancing In The Dark), but most are just average or worse. The unfortunate thing about Springsteen is that he believed all the press clippings saying what a great musician he is. And he screams too much on many of his recordings. Born In The USA would have been a lot better song sung with a quieter voice and at lower volume.
P.S. A few years back when the stagehands at a very popular concert hall in Milwaukee were asked by the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel to name the rudest, nastiest, and most uncooperative guest musician that had played at their place, they all named Springsteen as the worst.

Liberalism is a quick and easy ideology for those who aspire to be "hip" and "cool".Yeah, it is. I was apolitical in my youth, but most of us 70's juveniles' first worry was how "hip" and "cool" we were. "Disco Boy, run to the toilet and comb your hair." When I turned 18, I voted for Jimmy Carter. Not because I knew anything, but because he was a-ok with the media. He remains the first, and last, Democrat I ever voted for. A few years in the Air Force, and Ronald Reagan, straightened me out for good. And the older I get, the more at odds with my own family I become. They've grown more liberal with age, and I've become more conservative. Strange how things work out.
