I suppose your case ins't something to be laughed at, but I worked for a company that specialized in training software development managers in quality assurance. We depended heavily on air travel to training and conferences, we made big bucks in Y2K training, and had just gotten into web publishing. My (former) boss called 911 the Perfect Storm. It killed every aspect of our company (or at least cut it by two-thirds.
