Today President Bush traveled to Ft. Stewart, Georgia to address the 3rd Infantry Division military personnel and their families, and to thank them, and honor them with the Presidential Unit Citation. He then traveled to Mississippi to attend a fundraiser for GOP gubernatorial candidate Haley Barbour and his wife, Marsha at the Mississippi Coliseum in Jackson. From there he went on to Houston to attend a faith based initiative function at the Power Center with long time friend, Pastor Kirbyjon Caldwell, and will be returning to the White House this evening. A BUSY day for our fine President! There are LOTS of pictures tonight, so sit back, kick off your shoes, and enjoy your Daily Dose of Dubya!!

I hope Jim Robinson and crew were able to clarify for the media the purpose of the rally. Jim is very good at that.

Did you ever hear the story about how he was the only one in his (Yale) frathouse's history to ever memorize everyone's name in the room (like about 50 people) in one short evening?
He has a gift for remembering names and people, and there must be people in every crowd that he remembers, and of course, waves to.......

Mrs.ohioWfan was indeed viewing the Showtime tape from DrDeb, and enjoying it VERY much.......(especially those 'private' scenes).
It's absolutely unbelieveable to me that they would actually present something so favorable for the administration! Of course, they tried to stick with actual facts, and the FACTS are favorable, because President Bush took control of the events, and those around him were capable and smart, and fed him the ideas that actually are working to destroy alQaida at its roots.
One slight difference with your assessment of xlinton, though....... I don't think he gave a rip that the military hated him, because he hated THEM. The only person he has EVER cared about is himself......
OTOH, President Bush thinks of himself last, and loves others with a passion, and it shows, day after day after day......

That is such a neat story of little Georgie's innate love for others, and sense of responsiblity, isn't it?
That's also part of how we all know that the way he treats others with love and respect was both born and bred in him.
