True, but from what I've been hearing lately, Arnold has declared Prop 187 a dead issue and he is distancing himself from it.
The bottom line is that there has been so much waffling, parsing, PC-speak, and flip-flopping coming from the Schwarzenegger camp, that it is impossible to know what his true convictions are--and even more impossible to guess at what he might do as Governor.
Contrast that to McClintock, who's message is always clear, concise, and unwavering. He is one of the most outspoken leaders against illegal immigration.
