If the ACLU and the 9th circuit delays the recall vote, the likes of these beneficiaries will be happy to continue the looting by putting Bustamonte in.I wonder if we'll see a rerun of the case where SCOTUS reversed the 9th circuit before the latter had finished reading their ruling...
