On the O'Reily Factor, the Schwarzinaeger interview... Ahnold said he would not discontinue services to illegals in Kalifornia because the supreme court said Prop. 187 was found unconstitutional... Does your article suggest there is no chance of appealing it further, or re writing it to start again? How sad.

I would assume that since the State (Davis) did not appeal, they'd have to pass another one, either by initiative or through the Legislature, in order to get a higher court to rule on its constitutionality.
