Recent notable DoS attacks have been directed against the sites of the Recording Industry Association of America and the Arab satellite television network Al-Jazeera. Hmmmm, I wonder if someone at Knight Ridder wonders about being lumped in with the RIAA and Al-Jazeera. Not exactly an association I'd find flattering.
