Any idea as to who voted against it. We're in Dist.8 - Matt Bartle's district.

John Loudon, Ballwin
Gary Nodler, Joplin
John Russell, Lebanon
Delbert Scott, Lowry City
Charlie Shields, St. Joseph
Sarah Steelman, Rolla
Carl Vogel, Jefferson City
Anita Yeckel, St. Louis
DEMOCRATS VOTING YES
Harold Caskey, Butler
James Mathewson, Sedalia
Steve Stoll, Festus
DEMOCRATS VOTING NO

Joan Bray, St. Louis
Maida Coleman, St. Louis
Rita Days, St. Louis
