Anybody see his interview on CNN with Wolf Blitzer? (Don't flame me for watching CNN. I thought I would die laughing. He plasted other Democrats for the criticism of Bush, Ashcroft and Rumsfield and said "I'm voting for Bush". Blitzer was stunned and probed a little bit. Koch said something like Dean is McGovern 2 -- he's a disaster, and ultra, ultra, lib. Asked about Lieberman, Koch said something like, "He spoke to me about his run for President, I said your the conscience of the Senate -- go back and be the conscience --- I'm voting for Bush. I told him that." said Koch.
I can't help it. I've always liked the Mayor.

Koch also correctly sees that the Dem position on Israel will only lead to the deaths of hundreds of more Israelis.....expect to see Koch front and center at the GOP convention in NYC next year...also curious that this got little play....maybe NO one watches CNN

Koch always surprises me. I don't get though that he hated Giuliani but loves Bush. Must be jealousy.

I've always liked Koch too, and have never understood why he was a Dem. Kudos to him for finally seeing the light!

Let the Jewish exodus from intellectual/political slavery continue.

Looks like we have a viable chairman of the Democrats for Bush 2004 Committee.

He loved Guiliani at some point, even endorsing him over Dinkins.
Then he hated him for some reason or another. Who knows?
I think now he likes him again.

No offense. You're wrong. Rush just played the whole conversation. It was a flat out vote for Bush. The Dean comments were the final clip where he repeated the vote. He praised Ashcroft and Rumsfield as well.

he's the MAYOR! ping.

"This isn't exactly what he said. He said that if Dean won the nomination, he'd vote for Bush.
He didn't say he'd vote for Bush over any of the other candidates. Specifically said he liked Lieberman."
Not true. I heard the entire interview and he EXPLICITLY indicated that he would vote for President Bush over ANY Democrat, including Lieberman! If fact, he indicated that he had told Lieberman to his face that he would vote for Bush over him (Lieberman)!

I saw it and was just dumbstruck..
Blitzer actually was debating Koch! Talk about giving away your biased position to the max.
There are more dems in NY than you know who are party regulars who voted for Bush last time, and will this time, and hate Hillary, voted for Lazio but will never tell.

I had the sound turned down on my television when the actual interview took place (I think I caught it on tape, though), but heard the interview on Rush. Couldn't believe my ears! OK, so there's ONE Voice of Reason within the 'RAT party...

Can you tell us why?
I have always considered the support of Jews for the party of personal disarmament to be one of life's great mysteries. Is there a Jewish cultural bias against self defense?
