I don't know what the weather is like in NY, but where I live the weather is just like that day - sunny, cool, high clouds.

I live in NYC. The weather is exactly like that morning. EXACTLY. Not a cloud in the sky. Chilling.

Watching the WTC ceremony, I thought the weather looked EXACTLY like that day.
