I'll have to check it out for sure. I'm prosecuting a civil matter against some police officers myself and am learning the hard way how to sue them and access police documents. So far, I'm in the discovery phase and am working on subpoenaing witnesses and preparing for jury selection and trial set for next year. It's tedious but I'm doing it. I'm also in the process of bringing suit against a circuit court clerk and a federal judge. Before one does this, they must file a federal tort claim with the U.S. admin. court. otherwise they are barred from suing judges.
