Every vote that comes FROM Arnold and TO McClintock is a net gain of two over Arnold.

I guess I am hoping (perhaps naievely) that those voters who know McClintock is the better candidate yet fear "wasting their vote" will come around.

McClintock can win if voters would vote their minds and hearts and not play politics in trying to vote for who's leading in the polls before the actual election.

I think the debate will also provide a net Arnold loss and a net McClintock gain.

I do agree with you, it is a tough battle. But McClintock can do it. It just takes those who know he is the best choice...

to make that choice.
