Only partly true. You left his trademark on the graphic, but you did not note in any text that credit for the posted graphic belonged to "Registered". It is common practice and good manners to give credit to borrowed material.

No, it's entirely true. If the definition of plagiarism is beyond your limited comprehension I suggest you look it up.

No, you provided an exact description of plagiarism by posting Registered's "Kamikaze" pictures without an intentional posting of their origin. Frankly, your lucky that Registered protects his stuff by putting his URL in the image itself. Had he not done that, you would have had no defense at all.

You're the one that had the unintentional, "dumb luck".
