To even try to imagine any of the candidates in the roll of Commander-in-Chief, should give every American voter all the motivation necessary to go to the polls to re-elect President Bush. Dean was scary-good last night. I fear what he'll be like if he gets the nomination and can run down the middle. I think he's the only Dem who can beat Bush.

"scary good" must be like "beauty" (in the eye of the beholder).
Dean can try to run down the middle, but unless POTUS and the RNC permit it, Dean hasn't a viable chance of doing that, given his record as governor of Vermont.
He's too mean, too vituperative and far too left of center for the vast majority of voters. People always elect the most "likeable" person, and Dean is the opposite of "likeable."
