A former federal prosecutor who defended the U.S. government in a lawsuit filed by surviving Branch Davidians was found dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, authorities said.

A police officer checking on an abandoned vehicle found the body of former U.S. Attorney J. Michael Bradford shortly before 7 p.m. Tuesday.

It is just amazing how many dead people have turned up from Waco. I remember when some guy died the week before the trial, and I thought it strange then. He suicided too, didn't he?

Oh but this one was 75ft from his car, with a "shotgun"...why concern yourself?

Somebody needs to report on his meds...surely he was on Prozac or something. Could have been gay too you know, that will always do it...

/sarcasm off

Another addition to the Clinton Body Count?

This was a neccessary prelude to Wesley Clark's entering the race. This attorney knew far too much about Clark's key role in the mass murder at Waco.

The next victim will likely be that prisoner who has the goods on Hillary that is being transferred from Latin America to the US.

Why would a US ATT. use a shotgun when most all Texans own at least a 45 cal. pistol, especially a US Attorney, and why 75ft from the vehicle?

Because a shotgun will blow most of your head off. With a .45, there's at least a small chance you will survive, albeit brain-damaged.
Obviously, the guy was serious about suicide. I hope this won't turn into a conspiracy fest.

He is survived by his wife, daughter and son.

May the Lord comfort them. We sure aren't.

And who appeared to trumpet the pronouncement of "death by natural causes" of Carlos Ghigliotti?

The same weasel who ridiculed Christopher Ruddy, The Strange Death of Vincent Foster, on Mike Wallace's 60 Minutes hatchet job:

Gerald "Case Closed" Posner, the universal plumber.

This is a very serious matter and I do not want to appear insensitive.

I am going to however take the opportunity to remember another Texan, Henry Marshall, a man who committed "suicide" about forty years ago by shooting himself five times with a bolt action rifle -- in the back I believe.

Just a few years ago the truth came out -- just as we knew at the time it was all LBJ, Billie Sol Estes, et al doings.

Barr McClellan's new book, Blood, Money, and Power is just 21 days away. There's the little matter of the same crew killing the President. Anyone who remembers Estes, Bobby Baker, et al knows LBJ had more reasons than anyone in the world to kill the President.

Anyone who lived in the era of LBJ knows he often embarrassed the Devil -- "Why didn't I think of doing that!" the Devil could be heard exclaiming. For years I've wanted to see LBJ's body dug up and burned! WE knew! but like the doings of another president (from a nearby state) contemporary people just didn't want to talk about it. Wait and let history talk.

The book will be ridiculed by the hear-, see- and say-no evil monkeys but there is one piece of evidence that cannot be denied. LBJ's close associate, convicted murderer Malcolm E. "Mac" Wallace's thumb made that print in the room where the shots were fired. The print was a mystery for almost forty years. The proof is supposed to be in the book.

Mr.Vince Foster's "suicide" affected me in the same manner as Mr. Marshall's "suicide." I hope I live long enough for history to start talking about Mr. Foster -- and lots more.

I believe one of the dead was an expert studying the light/heat reflections picked up by the infra-red cameras on helicopters. Apparently, the guy had a heart attack in his office.

Thank you for your question! If Hillary wins I'll need to start a whole 'nother DSL. In the meantime, I have kept the DSL online at the point where Clinton left office. There are two reasons: a) I have to pay a premium for the webspace and it is already 10,000 pages and b) Dubya asked the public to have a positive forward outlook (let bygones be bygones so to speak.) So the information is there but I don't seek to refine it, etc.

Larry had a shortwave radio program for a while in 1999-2000 during which he claimed knowledge of a secret plan by the Clintons in which they would refuse to turn over power in the 2000 election and then declare martial law.

Larry was constantly begging for money from listeners so that he could stay on the air to...well, beg for more money

And then there was the mysterious incident in which he was (allegedly) attacked and beaten in his front yard by two Asian men.

I wonder what sort of dodge Larry is into these days?

Gosh,,sometimes I miss the colorful characters of the Clinton years.

Now, didn't someone else connected with the investigation die about a month before, violently?

Larry Nichols brought to light a lot of information about Clinton's Circle of Power in 93-94. But basically after a couple of months on talk radio, he didn't have much new to say and was just stringing it out...

Looks like Hillary is getting ready to make her run...

Strangely enough that was the first thought that came to mind.

"It's pretty clear as to what happened," he said. "We have no indication of foul play."

That pretty much sums up the whole Waco fiasco.
