But I think the main concerns are the computers in libraries, because one or more of the 9/11 terrorists used library and internet cafe computers to communicate with each other.

Any future terrorist has since learned that there are wifi connections in any broadband neighborhood they choose to "cruise"...tapping into, who knows, you have wifi broadband??? You've protected you connnection right...good. So many haven't. Broadband internet connections are nothing but cheap equipment and a half a gallon of gasoline to be had now...with no traceability these days.

Libaries are soooooo "last month" (not even yesterday)....
