They do in this area I'm in --- but this isn't California. What race are the victims? I'd guess the shooter would be the same race as them.

Usually Mexicans and White kids in gangs still in school hold the grudge until after school or the weekend and then hunt the people they have a beef with down...

The only good public High School in the Central Valley is Clovis High School... But if you want the best wrestlers and football players... send them to the thug schools...
