Sounds to me like he was merely speculating about who did this. As you know, gangs are a major problem in the Valley area (and Woodland Hills isn't immune). You'll be back on this thread apologizing if it does turn out to be gang-related, right?

Everything is gang related in the Valley... even the richest kids get into gangs. The point is, in Taft!?! It is more likely a Mexican or a White kid with a gun... I'm guessing White because Mexicans generally don't pull guns at school.
