Area is in central Jerusalem known as the German Colony (amazing name given the location).
No one knows if there are injuries; just happened.
Busy cafe and it is assumed many are injured. Prayers for those involved.

(IsraelNN.com) Ambulances are responding to a reported explosion in a café in Jerusalem’s Emek Refaim neighborhood. Preliminary reports indicate the blast was another terror attack.

Area is in central Jerusalem known as the German Colony (amazing name given the location). Not really. Eienstien for instance, was a German Jew. Lots of them went to Palistine before WW-II, and some of the few that were left afterwards also went there.
