So, what's the difference between this, and taking a book out from the library?
And, before anyone says "well, the books been paid for" so has the cd/song that someone is downloading.

So, what's the difference between this, and taking a book out from the library?Thank you. I have raised the library issue many times on these threads and have yet to get anyone to tell me how KaZaa is different from a library.
My library loans out copyrighted CDs which can be easily copied on a home computer.
Librarians and patrons are thieves, according to some on these threads.

To an adult one can reason that this is theft. But to a child, they didn't physically remove (steal) anything and quite honestly there isn't any flashing warning saying "Your breaking the law". It's something that definately is going to have to be put through our court systems before the outcome is known.
