It's amazing to me how even someone who may have a good point can't help hyperventilating when trying to present it. It's evidence that the discussion has broken down completely, which is very bad for McClintock supporters. They
need the folks who may be voting for Arnold. Arnold may not
need their votes. Yet the frothing at the mouth approach of so many of the McClintock supporters derails the exact ends they are trying to achieve.
They may be right on the issues, but the venom with which they makes their point closes the ears of the people they are trying to convince. It's an emotion-based appeal that you'd expect to find more among RATS than among Republicans who at least claim to be more rational.

You nailed it. There are many steps between, "Well, I look at it differently, because of A, B, C and D. What do you think?" and "I think A, and anyone who doesn't is a sellout RINO non-Christian babykiller."
The scorched-earth subset can't see those steps anymore.
You wonder about some of their homelife, too. When Junior/Princess come home with a B+-, do they explode and launch Armageddon, because anything less than an A is an F?
