As the mom of a child murdered with a fence post, I can tell you it is not an inanimated object that kills, but PEOPLE who do. People who are aided and abeted by our government who fail to incarcerate and who fail to keep criminals incarcerated. One has only to read the stats on recidivisim, parole and probation to understand that simple fact. MORE prisons, MORE guns equal LESS crime.

I think that goes for a lot of big cities. Glad VA has reciprocity on concealed carry there.
