This one just stays weird.
This keeps gettting weirder and weirder. Now when I first heard the story I thought the guy put the bomb around his neck and went to rob the place. Then after I read the FBI wasn't even sure if it was possible to put the bomb on himself (I mean the thing had 4 key locks and a combination lock) I started thinking whoa! How the Hell could he have put it on himself. And then who would start the timer on the bomb themslelf? I mean if you were going to use it as a prop to rob a bank would you really start the timer???
Now this business about the note. That's news to all of us. I'm more and more thinking this guy was the victim.
