Jerusalem Court Extends the Remand of 3 “Jewish Underground” Suspects

(IsraelNN.com) The Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court today extended the remand of three “Jewish Underground” suspects. Yissachar Peretz was ordered held over for an additional four days. David Liebman was remanded for three days and Sela Tor for 24 hours. The three are being charge with unspecified “security crimes”. A gag order on the ongoing investigation prohibits publication of details in the case.
Today the court released Haggai Avikar, another suspect in the “Jewish Underground”. Last week, suspects Ronen Arusi and Yehoyariv Maguri were released due to lack of evidence.
