He is also eliminating contact with foreigners through tourism and non-state sources of income. This increases the population's reliance on state food distribution and other necessities. He is planning a starvation of epic proportions, watch for a drive for collectivization (perhaps through a mandatory land "redistribution").

Unfortunately, it look like things are going to get very bad in Zimbabwe very soon.
