Why would McClintock's crowd like Arnold more?

Because seeing someone smeared by the Left evokes conservative sympathy for that person. I've seen & heard some ugly attacks on Arnold these past couple of weeks, and it's made me more likely to vote for him, if only to spite the Left.

I still don't if I'll vote for McClintock or Arnold -- but the more the Left smears one or the other, the more sympathy I feel for that person.

you are right. I've been saying that with all the crap the left digs up, it makes me want to vote for him.

I'll tell any pollster I'm for McClintock, but whoever's leading on election night is who I'm voting for.

I'm leaving California either way, but I wouldn't wish a Cruz Busta administration on my worst enemy. His defeat is the single most important objective in this election. Davis is already toast, that much is decided.

Personally, I think Schwarzenegger's a dork. I'd rather not have to vote for him. But Bustamante is so awful, so sinister, I have to do the right thing and vote to defeat him.
