Amazing. I've never actually talked to a celebrity before. Can I have your autograph? With the mothership's permission, of course.;-)

Let he/she whom has never uttered a racist remark cast the first dumbbell! I am so sick of this PC mentality, whatever happened to freedom of speech in this country?

Scare tactics, smear campaigns, race-baiting. Sounds like the DNC playbook. Hey Terry, you out there somewhere?

I think Cybil Shepard said in an interview a few weeks ago that "things" would come out about Arnold.
Not being a Califorian, I don't have a dog in this fight. However, I believe that whoever is the leading candidate on the Republican side is going to be a large target of the Dim trashing machine.
That's why, IMO, it's best to have at least two potential candiates from the R side until the last possible moment.

I do feel very strongly that as a conservative it would be wrong to abandon my core beliefs and support a liberal who has an R in front of his name. I would feel like a traitor if I did. If you can without feeling some measure of shame....go for it.Bustamante must be defeated. If I vote for Schwarenegger, believe me, it will be with a measure of shame. I'm going to need a long, hot shower when I'm finished. I hate having to do it, but with Bustamante as the alternative, I feel like I've got an AK-47 to my head. This is a bad, bad guy. The power of a governorship in his hands is unthinkable. If I'm faced with the choice of Arnold vs. this guy, I have to go with the dim-witted, left-leaning racist body builder. That's the sorry state of affairs in California.
More than anything, I resent the star-struck California republicans who made this fiasco possible. Arnold isn't a real candidate in a state with a strong, viable Republican party. But we all know that's no the case out here in La La Land.
That's why I'm leaving CA no matter what happens.

I don't remember the post, or even if I heard it here (maybe FoxNews). Regarding Cybil's "kissing session" with Gray - that she was 16 and he was 23. Many moons ago, but she remembered that Gray was a good kisser. Guess he's still a good "kisser" if the donation is large enough.;-)

What about absentee voting. I read it starts early and a sizeable percentage of Californians will be voting absentee. Might not these votes be split?

Drudge will do anything to torpedo Arnold. The little fudgepacker is making it his life's work.

What is a "McClintock flunkie"?
To: BlessingInDisguise
a schill for McClintock... I'm not commenting on McClintock personally, just what I read in some other threads. Drudge seems to come off with that kind of attitude

Might not these votes be split? Yes. That's a problem. But if they're saving any major dirt on the candidates until close to the election, you could see a huge shift in support from swing voters. It may even persuade some to vote against the recall. I suppose the best strategy would depend on how many are expected to vote absentee.
However it turns out, I hope that Californians get a much better Governor than they have now.

Yours: I am hardly a traitor to the GOP, nor to conservatism, and don't appreciate being called such. Stupid bashing posts like yours calling anyone who doesn't support Tom a 'traitor' only do DAMAGE to McClintock's chances, and nothing to persuade others to vote for him. Do you want Tom to win, or just want to counterproductively engage in feel-good venting?
Wow. I wondered if I'd ever see the day someone said this. Ambrose and Mean Mollusk need to read this. I've always liked McClintock. I've come to avoid McClintock supporters in this forum. It just cracks me up; how much they sound.. like.. Bob Mulholland.

To be fair, I've heard plenty of vitriol coming from the Arnold camp as well. I guess we'll say they sound like... Art Torres.

I'm leaving California either way, but I wouldn't wish a Cruz Busta administration on my worst enemy. I'm trying to leave California, but I first must find work in some other state.

That's fair and underscores the main POINT -- Do we want Busta to get in? All these rustings between McClintock and Arnold supporters is only helping the Dems. I'll bet you two to one, Dems will not vote in the numbers being projected by Dem hacks. And I'll wager all this haggling between the different Repub supporters might be turning off lurkers who might vote. Point is. We've got a major problem on our hands here in CA with the Dems. No matter the wrangling -- everyone is going to vote their conscience anyway. Someone just posted an article on Albert Robles. Superb article. From May. I personally send thanks to the poster for posting. It outlines a major problem, and reason behind THE RECALL -- FISCAL, SOCIAL, CULTURAL, LEGAL, LEGISLATIVE ABUSE AND MISMANAGEMENT. There's what we are all fighting, no?
I like leaving a lot of room EVERYWHERE for the CA Dems to appear as dirty as they are.
And yes, before the usual food fight begins.. lol... about "freedom of speech" in FR.. lol

Hey jerkoff, I wasn't defending him, merely pointing out that Arnold messed with his opponents heads and that it's likely he said it. But why bother arguing with morons...

I am getting really tired of Matt Drudge. He is a closet democrat and never misses a chance to spread negative gosip about republican candidates and President Bush.Drudge a democrat? What negative gossip about Prez Bush? I take a look at the Drudge Report several times a day and don't recall seeing this negative gossip about Bush.
