Governor Bob Riley (R) of Alabama is proposing tax increases of $1 billion. We vote on it this week. It doesn't stand a prayer of passing.

No but I've heard a few 'pubbies' as you say call for signing CFR, spend 800 billion for healthcare 'reform', promise 15 billion for AIDS in Africa, and expand the non-defense budget over 19% in useless unconstitutional spending.
