According to the new book by Miniter, there were approx 12 instances when x42 could have arrested or killed Usama. One such incident was when Usama chartered a commercial airplane and took most of his higher ups with him and they ALL FLEW TO QUTAR - when Qutar told x42/Berger - they said - let them go!
The whole darn planeload of terrorists landed at Qutar to refuel and they just let them go! You can't get anymore stupid than that. And .. then these idiots have the gall to call Bush stupid .. unreal!!
