Yeah.......I would agree that you need to be strong emotionally to be able to handle it, but I definitely recommend taking her to see it.

There are such strong human interest and spiritual components, that I would think that even women who don't particularly like 'war movies' would like it.

(I LOVE war movies.......if they don't get too graphic......)

She has no problem with war movies, and we have the DVD so it's convenient. But she's a bit testy right now and some scenes are likely to provoke her.
