Yea, yea. Make the Boy Scouts a reserve unit of the US Army. That'll shut the gays up.

Gays-in-the-military was a huge hot-button issue too….I mean….right up until 9/11. Now that American soldiers are dying in wars against terrorists, try finding a single homosexual in this country who'll admit gays ever wanted to be part of the military in the first place. They all have amnesia as long as heterosexuals are doing their fighting and dying for them, and I might point out that 90% of those heterosexuals doing the fighting and dying on our behalf, are conservative and Republican by their very character. So what else is new, huh?

The best thing that 9/11 did for the military, is the fact that gays are LEAVING when their enlistments are up. There are units hurting for good recruits. Gays and lesbians are not signing up in the numbers that they did before 9/11.

There are also many taking early outs. Maybe we should let the Boy Scouts become a reserve unit of the US Army. Great idea.
