Would it be possible for someone to have a shopping cart (or wheelbarrow, wagon...whatever works) full of gelatin outside the court house?

I was kind of hoping for a cart or table or something like that with all these boxes of jello on them...that would really get people to asking questions.
Oh, and by the way, If you and your spouse, for instance, feel the same way...don't send 1 box and letter! Send 2 separately...one in each name! The idea here is for the quantity.
