The surprise is that 40% don't support terror attacks, given the long enmity, the relentless pressure by Palestinian authorities and the continuous hate indoctrination of the children. You would not have found 40% of the populace opposed to Hitler in 1943 or to Tojo in 1944. Rather than demonstrating the Palestinian resolve, this poll demonstrates its bankruptcy. Many Palestinians must view the terrorists as their oppressors, the thieves of their children, hopes and dreams. Israel must crush terror, if not for the sake of the Jews, then for the sake of the Muslims.
