Also Wednesday, a forensic scientist, Terry Melton, testified that after doing tests on a hair found on the sheet used to wrap the victim's body, she had determined it did not belong to Skakel tutor Ken Littleton, once viewed by police a suspect in the slaying.

Melton, who runs a private Connecticut forensic lab, said that a blood sample taken from Littleton earlier this spring had been compared with the hair and the results did not match. The hair was more likely from someone of Asian origin, Melton said.

Furman was on again tonight on FNC and said the representative to one of the black kids supposedly at Belle Harbour that night was incorrect about SEVERAL facts.

Furman said only one golf club was missing. The representative said the kids stole several.

Furman said that Skakel had made several confessions to various people over the years, had means, motive, opportunity.

Furman said he'd investigated carefully for a long time and this is the first he's heard of any black kids being at Belle Harbour, let alone 3-4 as the rep on FNC said.
