With lines like "Game over" and "Hasta la vista, baby," action hero Arnold Schwarzenegger is deploying an off-the-shelf arsenal of pop-culture catchphrases in his campaign for governor of California.

Some PR experts say it is an effective way of cutting through the clutter created by 135 candidates vying to replace Gov. Gray Davis.
