As racially divisive as opponents say its potential is, Proposition 54 may be the best-kept secret among local officials this side of the Oct. 7 recall. Lack of knowledge about Proposition 53 is a close second. Both measures have been approved by the U.S. Justice Department to be included on the October ballot.

I don't believe the "California Primary Care Association" has anyone's personal interest in mind in opposing this solid initiative. I think they have vested interests in keeping racialism growing as part of the "Diversity Machine" in CA.
