Sorry pal, I strongly disagree with you. On the whole, I am convinced it is a serious mental disorder containing an element of evolving thought disorder which is being sold to the American public and which you have bought into.
IMHO: I disagree in your assessment that it's a 'disorder'. In a nutshell, I think it is simply the need for love and affection by folks who have failed to be affirmed of their gender and worth.
I'd bet a majority of the gay men out there did not have loving affirming fathers who let me know that they were special and important and loved. My guess is that most didn't and they probably were treated as 'loosers' or 'unlovely' or 'unmanly' and that stereotype led them to the self-fulfilled prophecy that they just couldn't win a woman.
As terrific as God made women, I find it almost unbelieveable that any 'properly wired' male would not attracted by the opposite sex.
Just an opinion. But rather than see folks spew their name calling, they might want to think about the folks they are impuning first.
