Well, what is it, Hatch? How about you, Frist? I know that folk on the Hill pay attention to what's said around here. So when's the answer coming? Or is it business as usual - to let the Dems run the show even though they're in the minority?

Remember the Pubs have just a one vote majority and at least four of them are closet Dems.

If there were 51 strong, bascially conservative Republicans in the Senate, Estrada would have got on. As it stands now, I'm not even sure he would have got on without the cloture factor.
