My Haredi relatives in Israel are still only 10% as pissed as they should be. I know 100 times more about Jihad and they live next door to it. They trust in G_d too much and don't know & learn enough outside of Torah. At which they are geniuses.

I think you are missing the point of the article. The Haredim are Israel's BEST weapon against Islamic terror. They don't need to be pissed. They are like Gandhi's followers in India. One day soon the terrorists are gonna wake up and figure out they can't drive the Haredim out of Israel and they can't kill all of them either. That's the day the madness will stop.

The madness will stop when the IDF destroys the Islamic Jihad or the Messiah does, not until then. If the Arabs cannot figure out that strapping explosives on their own children is bad for them, how will they figure out this?

No ammount of sanity can teach the insane reality. Reality is its own corrective force, and the Moslems need a big dose of it.
