The voter registration forms are handed out to all drivers at the DMV in California. The form information is not verified, and ANY ONE with a drivers license can register to vote this way.

It's like a planned plot.

If California can not reasonably assure an accurate vote count, their votes can not be allowed to count in the upcoming federal Presidental Election. IOW's California is disallowed from participating in the `04 Presidental election.

This is part and parcel of the Democrat plan to seize power through a so called "lawful election process". The fed act was passed in 1993 by congress and signed into law by Klintoon. Illegal aliens and felons voters are good for the Democrats. To liberals, politics = religion and the end does justify the means. From the Democrat's position page:

1993 National Voter Registration Act (Motor Voter): The 1993 National Voter Registration Act requires states to allow individuals to register to vote: (1) when applying for a driver's license; (2) through the mail; or (3) by applying in person at a designated state, federal, or nongovernmental office. As a result, the number of registered voters in the U.S. has increased from 133,821,178 in 1992 to 148,697,265 in 1996.

Here's a clue, these fraudulant voters won't be voting for any conservatives.The fraud is very heavy in Florida, California and Missouri ( think St. Louis ). Sound familiar ?

What I'm wondering is, is how they're going to get driver's licenses if they don't have birth certificates or social security cards, or licenses from other places? Don't they have to have some documentation to get driver's licenses?

What are they going to do about that, falsify those documents? Doesn't California belong to some kind of system where they check out licenses from other states or areas?
